Code of Conduct

Students

  • Students must demonstrate respect for staff, parents and other students.
  • Students must not bully, gossip or isolate other students.
  • Students are not permitted to chat to each other during class.
  • Students must wear correct uniform including hair and shoe requirements.
  • Students must keep studio and waiting room neat and tidy.
  • Students must respect and care for studio equipment and facilities.
  • Students must contact Nikki Abdilla if there is an issue or complaint.
  • Everyone must work towards a resolution.

Teachers

  • Teachers must demonstrate respect for other staff, parents and students.
  • Teachers must not bully, gossip or isolate students.
  • Teachers must never ridicule or yell at other staff, parents or students.
  • Teachers must respect the rights and dignity and of every student regardless of their gender, cultural background or religion.
  • Teachers must show encouragement and give constructive criticism to support and develop their technique and confidence.
  • Teachers must keep studio and waiting room neat and tidy.
  • Teachers must respect and care for studio equipment and facilities.
  • Teachers must contact Nikki Abdilla if there is an issue or complaint.
  • Everyone must work towards a resolution.

 Parents

  • Parents must demonstrate respect for staff, parents and other students.
  • Parents must not bully or gossip.
  • Parents must not perpetuate concerns about another parent, student or teacher with gossip or general criticism.
  • Parents must not perpetuate concerns about Premier School of Dance with gossip or general criticism.
  • Parents must contact Nikki Abdilla if there is an issue or complaint.
  • Everyone must work towards a resolution.
  • Parents must ensure student is in correct uniform.
  • Parents must ensure student arrives 10-30 minutes prior to class starting.
  • Parents must keep studio and waiting room neat and tidy.
  • Parents must respect and care for studio equipment and facilities.
  • Parents must not interfere with a teacher's creative process.
  • Parents must not request specific teachers, times and days of the week for classes.
